The hotel was very seedy and smelly.

Quit little motel on the river with a great balcony view of the river. A great relaxing place for coffee in the morning and a glass of wine late at night. The motel is within walking distance to downtown and is a quick exit to neighboring town and other attractions. If you are looking for price this is the place. ...read more

The room was clean. The staff was nice and there is continental breakfast in the morning. It's not right in town so there is not a lot of noise. I loved it. I will stay again my next visit.

I would encourage anyone visiting the attractions in Gatlinburg to consider staying in this hotel with excellent hospitality and flexibility. I would stay here again even though it's a little bit of a walk from the main dwontown area.

Fireplace was romantic. Good view of the river from balcony. A little to far from the shops to walk.

I liked this hotel. It was very clean. The fireplace, private balconies and entrance was really nice. I would stay there again. It was not in the busy section of town which was also nice.
